Refund & Dispute Disclaimer

ConstructionPartsNetwork.com is an online marketplace operated by NetCom Services LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company (“NetCom”), which connects independent sellers of heavy construction equipment and parts with business buyers (the “Platform”). Please be advised of the following: 1. Direct Seller Transactions All purchases made through ConstructionPartsNetwork.com are direct transactions between the buyer and the selling company. NetCom is not a party to the sale and does not own, inspect, warehouse, ship, or guarantee any items listed on the Platform. 2. No Guarantee or Endorsement While NetCom strives to host only reputable sellers, NetCom does not guarantee the quality, condition, legality, availability, or accuracy of any listings. NetCom does not endorse any company or product listed on the Platform. 3. Refunds, Returns & Disputes All requests for refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or order disputes must be addressed directly with the seller of the item. NetCom does not mediate or resolve disputes, and does not process or issue refunds on behalf of sellers. NetCom acts solely as a marketplace platform and payment facilitator. If a full refund is issued by the seller and successfully processed through Stripe, NetCom will also refund the associated application fee collected on that transaction. Please note that Stripe's payment processing fees are non-refundable and may still apply depending on Stripe's current policies. Seller is responsible for initiating refunds within Stripe's system. Once the refund is completed and confirmed by Stripe, NetCom will automatically or manually process the refund of the application fee to the buyer's original payment method. NetCom reserves the right to review and deny an application fee refund in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or if the refund is not confirmed via Stripe's system. 4. Contacting Sellers Buyers may contact sellers directly through the messaging tools available on ConstructionPartsNetwork.com or using any contact information provided in the listing. NetCom recommends resolving any issues in good faith and documenting communication when possible. 5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes Payments are processed via Stripe Connect. If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, the process will be managed by Stripe and may be subject to their policies. ConstructionPartsNetwork.com will provide relevant transaction records upon request but does not mediate chargeback resolutions. 6. Use of Platform By using this marketplace, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and assume responsibility for due diligence before completing any purchase. Note: ConstructionPartsNetwork.com is a business-to-business platform. All users must be 18 years of age or older and represent a legitimate business entity. All purchases are made at the Buyer's own risk, and Buyers are solely responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before completing a transaction
